TargetScan used to offer a "TargetScan Pro" in-app purchase with some extra functionality. While this allowed to keep the basic price a bit lower it was causing frustration of some users who only after purchasing the App discovered that some functions require additional purchase. As a result the TargetScan Pro has been removed in June 2019 and now all functions are available out of the box.
